The category

Your lessons build on one another instead of starting from zero.

LingoSide is designed so what you worked on in one lesson can stay available to the next: the phrases that mattered, the corrections that helped, the difficulties that kept returning.

What continues after the call

LingoSide helps live language lessons build on one another.

The live lesson between a real teacher and a learner stays the learning environment. LingoSide sits beside it, so one lesson can become context for the next.

One lesson becomes context for the next.

Learning loop

A phrase from one lesson window is designed to return in the next — as review, practice or the teacher’s next decision.

How the model works

It carries useful lesson moments, teacher corrections and recurring difficulties into review, practice and the next lesson.

LingoSide is building this loop so the source moment, a teacher-confirmed correction and later recall stay connected. The next decision can use that traceable context instead of starting from zero.

Human teacher + traceable lesson evidence + later recall

  1. Human judgmentWhat the teacher notices and chooses to do in the lesson.
  2. Real lesson evidenceThe phrases, corrections and difficulties of a real conversation.
  3. Later outcomesWhat returns, what sticks and what needs another pass.

Teacher authority

The teacher leads. LingoSide carries the learning forward.

The teacher reads the learner, shapes the live lesson and decides what happens next. LingoSide preserves and returns the evidence.

Signal Moment Hypothesis Strategy Teacher decision Later outcome

Observation

The learner recognises a phrase but cannot retrieve it while speaking.

The lesson evidence suggests a retrieval problem, not proof of a broad weakness.

Possible strategy

Bring the phrase back through active recall in a related conversation.

Where LingoSide fits

Real-Time Teacher-Led Adaptive Learning

The human lesson stays primary. Its evidence carries forward.

Apps adapt prepared content. Meeting assistants summarise. AI tutors lead the interaction. LingoSide sits beneath a human-led lesson, connecting traceable evidence to later recall and the teacher's next decision.

Clear answers

Real-Time Teacher-Led Adaptive Learning, without the fog.

The category, the two sidecars, the teacher’s role, evidence memory, privacy and languages.

What is Real-Time Teacher-Led Adaptive Learning?

It is a human-led learning model: a human teacher makes the adaptive decisions in the live lesson, while technology preserves traceable evidence and supports later recall. LingoSide is building this loop so hard places can return at the right time; the teacher remains responsible for what happens next.

Why are there two sidecars?

The learner needs private scaffolding for understanding and speaking. The teacher needs evidence, hypotheses and control. Both use the same lesson, but they do different work.

Does LingoSide replace the teacher?

No. AI can propose and explain. A teaching proposal becomes teacher-directed work only after the teacher approves, edits or rejects it, and the teacher remains responsible for the learner relationship and lesson direction. Live learner cues — transcript, translation, a short reply suggestion — support the learner directly and are not work the teacher has set.

How does learning memory work?

LingoSide is building evidence memory that keeps useful phrases, corrections, recall attempts and later use linked to their lesson context. It does not turn a hypothesis into a fact or claim to remember everything.

What does the learner see?

Source text, translation beneath it, concise help when useful, saved phrases and material for active recall.

Is the LingoSide experience multilingual?

Yes. The app and the web support English, Polish, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Ukrainian and Czech.

Is this a transcription product or an AI tutor?

Neither. Transcription can preserve lesson evidence, but LingoSide's job is to connect that evidence to later recall, the teacher's next decision and the lesson that follows.

How is lesson privacy handled?

LingoSide does not create or save an audio recording. Audio is processed live to produce a transcript and may be sent to configured speech-recognition services; transcript excerpts may be sent to configured translation or AI services. Finalised transcript and session data are archived. Sending data to a service for live processing is not the same as letting that service learn from it: LingoSide does not train models on lesson data, and every speech, translation or AI service it uses is configured so that lesson data is not used to train or improve that provider's models. A provider that cannot confirm this is not used. Inform every participant and obtain permission before a lesson. Local law and the platform you use may add requirements.

Where does LingoSide run?

On Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. The sidecar is one Flutter codebase compiled for each system and talking to one shared backend, with the microphone as the common baseline everywhere. Access rolls out through the waitlist.

Live language lessons are where LingoSide starts. Underneath, the architecture keeps the human lesson primary, carries evidence across sessions and leaves pedagogical authority with the teacher.

This describes how LingoSide is built, not a market category of its own.
